What do I get as a member?

Members have access to everything on the platform for only $6.66/month, including our entire portfolio of films, original series, performance art, lectures, event archives, and more. Click this link and follow the instructions to sign up: Full Access Membership.

How can I watch events for free?

Certain live events, such as weekly religious services and "movie night" watch parties, are free and will always remain free. However, you have to create an account to log in and view them. To create your free account, click this link and follow the instructions: Free Event Access.

My account disappeared!

If you have not logged in since our platform updated to the new look and lower membership price, then you must create a new account. We know this is a little inconvenient, but it gives you a chance to re-subscribe for a lower price of $6.66/month or even take advantage of additional savings by signing up for the annual membership at $66.60/year!

I lost my password!

If you remember the email address that you used to sign up, you can use this page to receive a password reset email: Forgot Password.

How do I change my password?

You can change your username, email address, and password in the system by logging in and going to your user dashboard. When you are logged in, the dashboard appears as a link in the top menu. You can also get to your dashboard by clicking on this link: User Dashboard.

I want to delete my account.

You can cancel your purchases and subscriptions, and remove your saved payment method, by logging in and accessing your User Dashboard.

How do I redeem a gift card?

If someone has sent you a gift card code for TSTTV, you can use the value of the gift card to pay for any video that is available for purchase on the platform, or you can use the value of the gift card toward a membership monthly payment. Make sure you know whether the code you were sent is a gift card or a Coupon: gift card codes can be used to pay for anything on the platform, while Coupon codes are linked to specific subscriptions or items for purchase. To redeem a gift card code, log into your account, go to your dashboard, and click on the "Billing" tab. You can access your dashboard here: User Dashboard.

How do I use a coupon?

Coupon codes are linked to specific items you can purchase: you may receive a coupon code for a discount on a membership subscription, or to receive a discount on a movie rental or purchase. If someone has sent you a coupon code, make sure you know what the coupon is specifically for. If the coupon code is for a specific item, log into your account, go to that item, and click on the "Get Access" button on the video player image. Select the payment option (e.g. rent or buy) that your coupon code is for, and on the final checkout screen you will see a place to enter the code. If the coupon code is for a membership subscription, find the link in your menu for becoming a member, or use this link to purchase a membership: Become a member. During the checkout process, you will see a place to enter the coupon code.

How can I get a free month?

Members with monthly subscriptions can get a free month with our referral program. When you go to your user dashboard, click on the "Invite a Friend" tab and you will see a customized link your friends can use to sign up so that you get credit for the referral. On the same page, you will see options for sending the invitation via email or sharing on social media as well! Each person who signs up with your referral link earns you another free month. (This feature is only available to members who are already signed up on the monthly membership plan.)

What credit cards do you accept?

We now provide you with a choice when you make a purchase to "check out" using either Stripe or PayPal. Both of these providers allow you to make purchases without creating any account in their system: you only have to enter your financial information using their payment gateway. To find out what credit cards they accept, please consult their respective websites.

Why can't I buy some videos?

We only allow certain content, such as feature-length films, to be purchased on an individual basis. All other content requires membership to access unless otherwise stated when we are promoting a "bundle" or special offer.

How do I change my payment method?

You can change that information by going to your user dashboard and clicking on the "Billing" tab. You can access your dashboard here: User Dashboard.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Can I cast your programs to my television?

This is something that was never possible with our previous streaming vendor, but we are actively exploring this option now. Stay tuned for more information!
